Our old support helpdesk used to run on a very basic platform called osTicket. It was small and simple, but not efficient. So we're proud to launch our new support helpdesk on a MUCH more robust and feature filled platform. All the old tickets on the old platform have been answered and closed, so to create any new tickets please use this new helpdesk.
